This happened to me this week again.
It happened when I was in a particularly bad mood, so I sent a shirty email
off to Amazon via their webform.
Got a standard reply stating that when a high priority disk is out, I'll be
sent the next available one on my list.
This annoyed me even more, seeing as the film I wanted to see was showing as
"NOW" and was #1 on my list,
so I clicked the "no - not satisfied" link in the email they sent me, and
ranted on about how I'd received a "standard" reply, and had nobody actually
read my email that stated that the disk was showing as available now.
I received another email a day later, with two free DVD credits, which were
dispatched almost immediately, including the disk which was #1 on my list
that I'd been complaining about !
Happier now.
