I presume it depends on the rental company. ScreenSelect for example,
will dispatch a title as numerous dvd's as were published but will warn
you that the second, third, etc discs are purely bonus material and do
not include the main title, thereby leaving you free to make your own
choice as to whether you wish to receive the extra dvd's or not.
