Erm, you're transferring files, like through any computer network. No
one said the data had to be transferred at Real-time speeds through
the network. It's on the Tivo at 25Mbs, it's transferred though USB at
maybe just 4 Mbs, then several hours later once it's on the computer
it can then be played at 25Mbs again. Right? This is true of all
hacked Dtivo sytems where a few films are offloaded through a space of
a day or more so that they can be edited and made into a DVD on the
computer.
