Well, that depends.  If it is decoded to a wav file and the re-encoded  
to mp3 at 320 kbps, the file size would definitely increase.  It would  
still be a crap file though.  In fact it would be crappier than it was  
to start with because now you have losses on top of losses.  Don't get  
me wrong, I'm not accusing, I'm just pointing out that the file size  
would definitely increase.
