There are many occasions where it is important to decide on priorities.
If he primary reason for an event is to make a video, then the people
making he show should take priority, but they should take care to
accommodate the audience where ever possible. However, if the main
reason for the event is for the audience an participants, as are weddings,
and most concerts, then the people making the video shouldn't block
anyone's view at any time unless it was planned for in advance. The
people at a wedding should barely notice that a video is being made.

People do pay a lot for wedding videos these days, so the videographers
may feel the most important thing is to get the footage. This should
always be discussed before the event.
