There are many Windows tools that let you mount an iso image file as
what's called a 'Virtual Drive', this means that the iso image appears as
a new drive letter.
Search the web for Windows Virtual Drive Software. Daemon Tools, as Tarkus
suggests, is a reasonably good one. BTW many versions of Nero have this
feature.
