I have been recording for some time Radio 3 and Radio 4 broadcasts from
my Sky 'FreeSat' box directly to my DVD recorder.
How can I transfer the audio DVD recordings, which I believe are in VOB
format, over to a CD so that they are in audio CD format and can then be
played on a conventional CD player?
