| I'm just guessing, but it seems it's doing some kind of conversion. Either
| from one file format to another or a quality adjustment to make the

| fit. I know it's .AVI, but there seems to be .AVI and then there's .AVI.

The avi has already been converted by "covertxtodvd" program. However this
program does a "fix dvd before burning" and perhaps this is what is going
on.
