Because netiquette is such an endangered species these days that I feared
some lurker might conclude that setting Follow-Up To: was frowned upon. I
reply to the troll not to feed him, but to (try to) educate the masses, and
hopefully raise the level of discourse slightly.
Of course, it may be the equivalent of trying to stop a glacier with a
battery-powered hair dryer.
