I'm having trouble recording DVDs from TV sources. I seem to record OK but
when I finalize I get "This disk can neither be played nor recorded onto".
A Sony tech tells me that it may be because I'm using DVD blanks that are
higher that 4x. The wrapper says " up to 8x." it seems to me that "up to"
means that I meet the criteria. Also DVD -RW blanks dosn't work on the
recorder
and the tech said something to the effect that these blanks are only for
computers even though the manual refers to these type of disks.. Anyone out
there have any enlightening advise/information. I'd
sure appreciate any I can get. TIA
