I think you might find that it cost a lot of money to get elected no matter
which side of the aisle you are on. This whole business of thinking that
all Republicans are rich and have to take care of their contributors, while
Democrats are just ordinary people that are the only ones that care about
the "every-man" is total crap. You pretty much have to be wealthy with
wealthy friends no matter which side of the aisle you sit on. As for taking
care of your "friends", I'd think that applies to both sides of the aisle
too.
Would you take a gift from a friend and then kick him in the butt when the
time comes that your friend could use some help? If you did kick him in
the butt do you think he would give you more money the next time you need
it?
Get over it folks. They are all Demonicans. The only difference is in the
rhetoric.
Is it any accident that the minimum wage and the death tax reduction were
on the same bill? Do you think it is any coincidence that the bill failed to
pass?
