I was in Europe extensively in the mid-80's. They had guys walking into
grocery stores, gunning everybody down and cleaning out the cash
registers. I was in Italy during the Achille Lauro incident, when
Klinghoffer got shoved over the side. I was in Sicily the day US
warplanes forced down the perpetrator of the above there. Did anybody
see the film 'Munich'? That of course happened in Europe, but with a
significant number of US citizens present.
This is, in fact, nothing new. BTW, you left out the Unabomber, and the
1st WTC bombing (imported terrorists, but on US soil, all the
same...your reference to 1993?).
