Thanks guys. I was definitely planning a chapter structure, most of
them less than 30 minutes (I believe there are 14 chapters in about 5-6
hours). I guess my question as it specifically relates to Liquid 7 is
whether I need to keep the file as a long single file or actually
produce multiple of what Avid calls Sequences.
It certainly seems to make sense to use shorter Sequences (L7 backs up
after every keystroke, so that's not a problem), but L7 includes the
DVD authoring software in the program, and my concern is whether
breaking up the file will screw up my ability to produce the DVD's.
One possibility I've considered is running a sequence for each DVD, so
there might be 3 or 4 chapters in each.
