Are you serious about the Super 8 thing? That format is so passe' as
wonder if this post is a time warp or a troll.
Professional films are most often shot in 35mm film (although even
that's changing); while what you call 'home movies' are usually
electronic recordings shot in any one of a number of video tape
formats...no 'film' usually involved at all, at least in probably the
last 20 years.
