>From the John Ford/John Wayne box, THEY WERE EXPENDABLE has a weird
effect I've not seen before. When objects move, they seem to float away
from their background , i.e. girl has flower in hair, when she turns
her head, the flower seems to float off her head, follow it around then
float back in place. The PT boats seem to float above the water etc,
things in motion are weirdly disconnected from background. Anybody else
noticed this on that disc or others? What is that distortion called?
