Sounds like the goofy compression wierdness I see on some Denver TV
channels that are sourced from (I think) digital cable. May be the side
effect of more than one compression pass or way too much compression,
dunno, because this all gets fed to/thru a c-band based 4dtv receiver
via my satellite dish. And the resolution is nowhere near what used to
see when got a direct analog c-band feed.
It's really wierd when the eyes move before (or is it after?) the rest
of the face does.
