I've got Tmpgenc which I have used to convert mpegs into DVDs and burn in
the past but I cannot see anyway of using this program to make a VOB into an
MPG.
The old trick of renaming the extension does work but I want the simplest
format mpeg I can get for portability on low spec PCs
