i have a toshiba hd-a1 hd-dvd player and it is great (its worth it for the
SD upscaling alone!) the discs are amazing the picture quality is alot
better when compared to the same movies on sky HD the sound is also better
just last week toshiba released the v2.0 firmware which has trueHD 5.1 sound
enabled just when u thought dolby or dts couldnt be bettered! BOOM i have
had a player since may and not regretted a single day, btw im not anti
bluray just dont want to spend on it yet ill wait till the region thing is
sorted (hd-dvd has no regions) or i just cave in and get a ps3 :(
