This is a heads-up for anyone who like me, sometimes copies the DVDs
they get from online rental places if they haven't the time to watch
them and want to send it back quickly for their next selection.
I was looking for some software that would let me read any DVD on my PC
DVD as both of my drives are locked to different regions and while
Googling, I came across SlyFox's AnyDVD which sounded like just the
job. So I tried it and it was only after I installed it I discovered
another great function it has when used in conjunction with DVDShrink
(and apparently other progs too). It makes the copied DVD go straight
to the play menu when played on a standalone DVD player...no anti
Piracy warnings (Irony alert) no forced previews, no FBI warnings (US
retail DVDs)
Maybe I am the last to know about this but I hadn't seen anyone else
mention it so if it sounds useful check it out.
No affiliation, I just think it is a nice piece of software
