Don't be annoyed - yet.
I have received discs within five days, but it is more common for them to
take a few days more than that.
It also seems to me that a boxset is more likely to to take a short break in
Mount Pleasant (courtesy of HMRC) than a single disc, on the basis that
boxsets are more likely to be worth more than 18, and therefore attract
closer scrutiny.
