All that needs replacing to return full functionality to this unit is an
easily replaced mode switch. Accessed from the bottom of the unit
with the bottom cover off, it is a unplug/plug in replacement part. No gear
alignment necessary! It on occasion behave fine for weeks then for a while it
just doesnt respond to the buttons.
I already have another one of these units so I didn't want to invest the time
and money to repair this unit.
