This reminds me of when CDs first came out and most of them included an
800 number for "technical help." I'd call and in my best yokel voice
say, "I need help! The hole in this thing is way too big for the
spindle and the stylus just skids across the surface." You'd be amazed
how many of them attempted to "educate" me. Luckily, this was in the
days before Caller ID or I'd probably be in prison by now. :)
