Just bought the new limited edition Star Wars DVDs...
Ok, so it's non-anamorphic, but the picture's ok. Certainly better than
my worn out VHS copy.
Ok, so the sound's only 2ch matrix surround (errm, just like the
original theatrical release then? Didn't have multichannel back in '77!)
but it's better than my worn out VHS copy, even with hi-fi sound.
But, and most importantly, HAN SHOOTS FIRST!
I'm happy.
I'll be even happier when they do an anamorphic version of the original
theatrical version, but this will do for now.
