Yep. I bet Play get really pissed off with this kind of thing. It must use
up so much of their time dealing with enquiries that are the fault of the
postal service.... I wonder how much it costs them in "missing" dvd's every
year? I mean, when they ship out a dvd, it goes missing, then they have to
send a free replacement, that's 20 quid down the drain for them, surely?
