There will be insurance of some kind, which, as anyone knows, repeat claims
= bumped up premium.
Guess who ends up paying for the missing mail :-)
Of course, there is the claim from the postal service too, which they are
likely to use...and adds to the price of stamps..

Or, the third, is just to take the hit (self insure), but this adds to

Seriously though, glad to hear you eventually got your DVD. Coz if you
didn't, you'd have had a free replacement...and guess who ends up...ok you
get the idea :-)
