Okay, given the details of your situation, I'd have to agree that it's
not an area conducive to a home-theater experience. Extensive
renovations would be necessary just to provide a minimally acceptable
acoustic signature of the room. Some people don't consider that others
don't have carpeting and acoustically compliant walls, optimal equipment
locations and seating arrangements. Some, like yourself, actually live
in a real house, not the neo-boxes of today's suburbia. Your place
sounds wonderful. Can we interest you in an add-on room in the back?
