incomplete filenames are specific
requires 2underscores uppercase INCOMPLETE and 3 underscores characters at
the front of the name
__INCOMPLETE___
requires the hexadecimal hash code at the end of the file name
when you first select the file right click "find alternates"
copy the hexadecimal hash code from the search box to the end of the
filename
__INCOMPLETE___filenameHexHashCode.ext
an easy way to download files with foreign character sets
Open notepad
file new
file save as
"__INCOMPLETE___file.ext"
creates a zero byte file with an appropriate filename and extension in your
download folder
right click non-displayable filename in your search window
manually download
