Can someone please explain to me what the difference between an MP3
file and an MP3 Encoded WAV file is? I have something that creates an
MP3 encoded WAV using the Windows ACM codecs. What I really need is an
MP3 file. I need to come up with some way to convert this encoded WAV
to an actual MP3 file. I figured I'd try to learn what the difference
is first before I tackle this problem.
