Status thing....you buy crap like that, just because you CAN.
It's like buying cars, you wouldn't spend wads of cash on a car if you
wern't looking to make a statement, even if it is just for your own self
gratification.
I mean, do I need a car that costs 30K? No. But I have one, because I CAN.
