There is - the turning point typically has a large visual clue as well -
they start to dress in bizarre colours and combinations - saw one old
dear locally today who had hit that "milestone", noticable mainly due to
the shocking pink scarf / lipstick, long white coat, and white trousers.
....think she had pink shoes on too...
