I've been with Screen Select for, must be 18 months - 2 years now. They
have had times when they've been slow, but certainly for the last six
months, they've been excellent.
Discs are sent out quickly and they are quick to send out my priority
titles, including new releases on the week of release.
For the record, I've had only one faulty DVD that wouldn't play. I email
them and they sent out a replacement the same day, without waiting for
me to return the faulty disc.
They also started renting games about six months ago, but to be honest
the service with games is complete and utter shite! Since they've
started doing games, I've had just about every Xbox 360 game (that I
haven't already got or played) in my priority list and I've yet to
receive a single one. I understand they are going to start charging
extra to rent games as well, but at the time they were included in the
DVD price, which I suspect is why they aren't too quick to send them
out.
In short, DVDs - excellent, recommended. Games - crap, don't bother.
