So the (*1)BBC needs a 3 billion pounds a year subsidy to cater for
minority needs?
ROFLMCO
I'm sure the BBC could manage on half a billion a year from the
exchequer and produce minority programs to counterbalance the more
commercially successful. I have no doubt Top Gear would be snapped up
by and commercial station so there is no need to worry your head on
that score.

I'm sure a commercial venture would step in. You have heard of classic
FM?

So what? There are three channels currently available where they show
free programs in the hope the viewer will buy a product advertised.
Seems to work quite well.

Nah. The selfish are the people who want others to pay for their
entertainment. Want to see single mothers and pensioners sent to
prison because they can't afford the TV tax.

You equate saving people's lives with Jonathon Ross asking someone if
he wanks over (*2)Margaret Thatcher?
*1 (British Broadcasting Company AKA as ' The Evil Empire. Given to
sending men round to harrass people into paying TV tax even when they
do not have a TV.)
*2(Twentieth century Tory Bitch Goddess to whom the tories sacrificed
their first born. Wonder why she never privatised the BBC)
