Hi all, wanted to get some feedback over this as Im not sure what to do.
I sold a DVD over the Amazon.co.uk marketplace, sent it and that was that.
Today I got an email saying that the purchase was made by a 13 year old boy
using his Mum's Amazon account (but gave his email address)
She is asking for a refund if she returns the DVD, my first reaction was to
refuse as I sold the DVD in the correct way and it's her fault if her teen
son is able to get her CC details, log in as her and order DVD's, but then I
considered the negative feedback this might generate and hit my future
sales, seeing as I now have a baby on the way and need to sell a few I'm
inclined to give her the refund and re-sell but I really don't think I'm
obliged to.
What would you do?
Martin
