Sounds suspicious to me since this exact same thing has just been on the
news, a kid bought a car with his dads ebay account.
I would say you will provide a refund once you have the dvd back and can
check its in its original condition. you will then refund minus the
postage costs. I suspect they suddenly decide to keep the dvd at this
point.
