hi, I have a new Ipod and having problems to figure out the logic of
itunes for uploading music/video to my ipod and managing them. I have
read that Anapod is a good alternative, and downloaded their free
version, to try it before buying their full version. I running it on
XP.
When I try to drag & drop audio tracks from my music CD to Anapod's
audio folder (tracks are of type CDA), I am getting this error: "video
not supported for the free version". Well, I tried video just before
that, and got the same error, which kinda makes sense. But these are
audio tracks. I expected Anapod to convert those CDA tracks to MP3
while it loads the audio track to my ipod. Am I expecting too much? Is
there something obvious that I am misunderstanding here?
I read and searched Anapod documentation but failed to find an answer
to this question.
I went to Anapod support site and sent them a question. Was told they
would return to me. They did not. Waited a week, filled the same
question again, yesterday. No reply yet. Which brings to the subject
question: is Anapod real or fake?
Would appreciate comments on your experience with Anapod - product and
support - and would appreciate educating comments on my CDA issue.
Thanks,
Doron
