I've been a member of Screenselect for about a year. Now that they've merged
with another company (Lovefilm, I think?) I've noticed some changes in their
service.
First they started sending films out in pairs (ie. two films in the same
package, with an envelope to return one of them and the other being send
back in the original pack.)
Now they no longer send the spare envelope. That means I have to watch both
films before sending them back, or order extra envelopes from Screenselect.
Does anybody think that's an acceptable service?
Oh yea - and they also increased their monthly charge by one UK pound.
