Are you in the New England (USA) area?
I believe there is a company in Framingham that has that capability.
I have a client that had some of that tape dubbed to Betacam SP.
It kinda looked like shit, but I think that was either due to the
age of the tapes, or the substances that were being abused
when the tape was made. Likely both were a factor :-)
Even at it's best, it never was a good format (sub VHS).
