YES DEFINITELY,I'VE SENT CHEQUES BY RECORDED DELIVERY TO PO BOXES
MYSELF. THEYRE PART OF THE POST OFFICE OR DEPOT SO THERES ALWAYS
SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR IT. NO PROBLEMS.
