Yes. Because they use 25fps and all they have to do is omit five frames
and slow down the rest.
At 30fps we have to intrapolate frames or repeat some which ends up in
jerky playback. I tried that actually, and the results were better than I
expected. Viewable, but nontheless a workaround.
