I've never met a single person in the real world _EVER_ who complained
about 'PAL speedup'. I have, on the other hand, met people on the web
who complained about 'PAL speedup' and bought NTSC DVDs to avoid it...
of TV shows that were shot at 25fps!

Why will that make the slightest difference? 'PAL' HD is 25/50fps,
'NTSC' HD is 30/60fps.
