If the TV does not have AV or S-Video input, the TV is too old and you
may have a luck with a $20 RF modulator that converts AV signal to RF
for cable/antenna input.
Considering the current TV is going out, it is probably a good idea to
invest in a new TV that are HDTV ready for when the current NTSC
signal is discontinued in about 2 years
