I'm trying to put some contents from a DVD onto a VHS tape (making
video compilations of some stand-up acts I've taped and collected on
DVD over the years) - I know it's commonplace to do the exact opposite
of what I'm doing, but I'm old fashioned I guess.
I was told my XBox's adapter could do the trick (as a direct DVD to VCR
transfer was not working at all) but that doesn't work either. Is it
possible to do a clean transfer from DVD to VHS without taking it to
some video production service?
