converting to .mov or .mp4 then .flv

Hi
I have been trying to convert (with Cinematize 2) the ifo/bup/vob files
from a DVD to either .mov or .mp4 format and finally to Flash Video
(with the Flash 8 Video Encoder. It seems to make the first step in the
conversion OK, but loses the audio when converted to Flash Video.

I've tried many variations of the settings in Cinematize. The source
DVD is NTSC so I've mostly chosen DV/DVCPRO - NTSC for Output Codec

Under the Audio tab, there is only "Audio 1 (Unspecified, MPEG-1)" and
"No Audio Stream". For Decoding, there is only "Elementary Stream" and
"MPEG-2 Program Stream". No options available for Downmixing or Dynamic
Range.

The only way I've been able to get any audio is by exporting as
separate streams, but ideally I don't want to have to re-edit the video
and audio to synchronise with each other. I want to export as a single,
combined file.

Has anyone else had this kind of problem? Or can anyone shed any light
on it?

- Rob
