I just saw a user - khufu624_30645 - whom Whois reported as having "0 of 0
available".

Reported by WinMX Peer Network remote host
    Time/date of report: Mon Oct 16 12:49:45 2006
    User Name: khufu624_30645
    Connection Type: DSL
    Files shared: 5000
    Elapsed time online: 82:33:54
Transfer Status: 13 in queue (0 of 0 available)

Now, when I tried to send him a message asking him how anybody gets a DL
started from him, the response came back:
    "No response from remote host.
        The user is ignoring you."

What is the point of even keeping an iggy list if you open zero slots? Isn't
that a little redundant? (I call it friggin' STUPID, but redundant sounds
more professional - which this user is definitely NOT being.)

I iggy'd him, anyway. Just thought it was an interesting overkill.
