That's all very well ....... but you've got to consider the feelings of the
poor sods who'll have to listen to it, especially considering the low
attention spans of today. Make sure your target audience are Brian Eno fans.
They can take anything, those guys!

You could always try something. Rather than Notepad, I mean. Sure; I've
heard of people getting great results using Notepad to generate silent
MP3's, but it's not easy. On the whole, I'd say the best thing to do is to
insert wads of cotton wool into your ears for the desired length of time.
You'll get the silence, with none of that pissing about with Notepad!
