Maybe Vixen could do that. There are lots of color correctors out
there, but not as many that are automated quite in the way you're
asking, (that you can afford, anyway, some of the DaVinci color
correctors ued for Hollywood movies could probably do this). Someone
who is a whiz with Virtual Dub might be able to make you a plug.
