One forum on reporting G-Raid problems? Well.. what do you think that
your going to find on a forum to report problems, no post? Cow has a
forum to trouble shoot every video product made.. using your logic this
means that every single product ever made you should not buy?

Again.. G-Tech has excellent customer service, they've helped me out
numerous times, and are available and always return your calls or
emails. So, I'm assuming that your talking about the first paragraph
"He experienced bad support also." which is talking about the LeCie tech
support I assume.. Why are you confusing the two?
