The only true story I know at this point is:
 I checked out Toshiba's 26" & 32" REGZA hdtv models - both of which
 have a built-in "upconverting" DVD player.  I brought my own DVD disc,
 and also used a store disc.  I was VERY disappointed by the dvd playback
 quality.
