But that's not what the OP wants: Moving mouse and separate voiceover, I'd
guess.
To be honest, I'd be surprised if anything can record good-quality screen
captures of MPEG output, partly because (for perfomance) it's displayed in
an overlay window, but mostly because the CPU is already busting a bollock
decoding the MPEG, and you've given it the task of encoding video at the
same time. It's probably a lot better with dualies, and if your source and
saved video data are coming down two different channels.
I'm not entirely sure why you'd even want to screencap an MPEG. It's already
in digital format. Just drop it on the timeline. ;o)
