It strikes me that if so many of your post items are getting damaged
then you need to complain to the Post Office. This assumes of course
that the items are well packaged in the first place. In any event, how
can you be sure that this is a 'local' issue? It's certainly not
uncommon for DVDs to become dislodged whilst in transit - Amazon US (I
think) carry a note about this very topic when ordering boxed sets of DVDs.
